In Escrow for 2 months, then no closing... I was using an FHA 203K loan

I was using an FHA 203K loan for a home that was in foreclosure. It took around 3 months to get everything in order, I was paying out of my pocket for inspections and what not. I had to pay for an FHA inspector as well, which was 900 dollars, as well as private inspectors. All in all, we could not buy the house because they said that there was a lack of comparables.....I was so furious that after 3 months of dealing with BS, I was out of a home and the thousands I spent for all the reports and inspections....

So the FHA called me and told me that there were taxes that still had to be paid on the property and that there were indeed comparables in the area, he said that I got screwed over and that off the record, that I would have a good case to sue.

What is the likelyhood that this is possible? I just cant believe that I wasted all that time and money only to be turned down at the end of it, literally a week before closing... Are there any roads to take for this??

Consider it an expensive lesson and move on.
The only people who would benefit from litigation are the lawyers.
