The tracts of Sea Call and Potomac Landing have a fairly small percentage of distressed homes. Searching public records shows about 3% of these homes are struggling. Orange County Recorder's office shows; 2 Bank Owned, 2 Notice of Defaults. At least one other home is listed on the MLS as a Short Sale and is working with their lender to avoid NOD/Foreclosure. The housing market in Laguna Niguel has bottomed and distressed properties in our area are becoming less each month.
