Hi Hank -
The "Service Provided" dropdown menu will change depending on what the Reviewee has selected as his "Specialties." The "Specialties" selected by the Pro will then appear in the dropdown menu on his/her review template. In this case, it sounds like the Pro doesn't have any Specialties selected.
The professional has the ability to select his Specialties through the Edit Profile section. The Specialties selected by the professional (reviewee) will then appear on his/her review template in the Service Provided dropdown menu.
Thank you.
Neil

Zillow only recently offered reviews of professions such as inspectors. Sounds like they have some debugging to do. I'll flag your post for Customer service.

There's this choice....
"A review was submitted for your Zillow profile indicating that you did not respond to the Reviewer's inquiry. Consumers who contact you through Zillow or otherwise have the opportunity to share their experience by submitting such a rating and review.
Since we realize that things outside your direct control could have contributed to this, and because we assume that you have every intention of following-up with leads, we are extending you a "Free Pass" and will not publish this review on your Zillow profile. Please note that this is a one-time courtesy and that you will not receive a "free pass" for similar reviews submitted for you in the future. We kindly ask that you follow-up with any and all leads that come your way, and that you ensure your Zillow profile is kept updated with your most current and reliable contact information."
But Agents do get 1 Free Pass...Zillow Agent Reviews
Now I see "Never responded to inquiry"..apologies. Zillows definition of Client is apparently.."Can use Keyboard"
Also did not see your response since I was using the keyboard ;)
Am thrilled Zillow is expanding it's Lead Generation motivated Dupe the Consumer Reviews to other Professions LOL

This is a review of a home inspector and those choices were not available for a home inspector. There were only two... something like "We connected, but it did not result in business" and "the person did not respond"... neither of which were applicable.

When I wrote I review of an agent, I had 9 choices. As you are an agent, are you writing a review of an agent or lender? Was this someone you did business with as a client?

In writing a review, I only have two choices for "services provided"... neither applies! Now what?
