Inaccurate Property Value

Have you found your home on Zillow, only to discover (through curiosity, perhaps) that the information regarding your house (i.e. square footage, bath/bed, acreage, etc) vastly inaccurate?  My husband and I have found this to be true and are rather shocked by the inaccuracies  Zillow provided.  If an individual were looking at our neighborhood and viewed our home information, they would find so many inaccurate details that it would seem they were viewing a different house entirely.
What gives?

You can claim your home as the owner on Zillow by clicking on your street address and then clicking on 'Edit'. Now select your name from the list to verify you are the owner.  From here you can then edit your facts and also create your own estimate.

Owners can claim their house and update their home facts.

After you claim your home, you can edit the facts right away.

Go to the home page and claim ownership with the yellow "edit" pencil under the main house photo. Once you claim, you can use that same "edit" link to correct your home facts to update the bed/bath count and other facts. Hope this helps
