Inaccurate datafeed from Foreclosure.com

The data feed to Zillow from Foreclosure.com is incorrect.  When I went to check the Zillow value on my house, I found two foreclosure listings by foreclosure.com.  The two listings are missing house numbers, and the foreclosure.com website does not even list the two on their own site.  I only point this out because I believe the two false data points are most likely affecting the algorithm used to calculate the home values in my neighborhood.

Who does the QC or data scrub?  How often is the data refreshed in Zillow?
