HomeSand.net - it may not make much of a difference in this case but in mine it does. Zillow shows my for $41000. This is a totally rehabbed house - new EVERYTHING. An agent suggests $99,000. When people look at zillow they can not justify the $99k. This needs to be fixed! The other "zestimates" in the neighborhood show $88k - $112. Mine showed $112 until about two weeks ago. now I have a 61% price change? Justify that...Please!

This is the underlying issue with the Zestimate. You have my home currently zestimated at $195,200 and unit 80 at $259,000. How can you logically justify the variance of these two identical square footage homes in the same development? Obviously there's an issue with the rating platform of your system if it's generating such a discrepancy.

The '80 Jaquelyn Pkwy' has its Zestimate of $259K and the listing price is $238K. I don't see any problem that prevents your neighbor from gets the reasonable offers.

Incorrect Home Valuation
My neighbor at 80 Jaquelyn Pkwy, Georgia, VT is currently selling her home and your inaccurate valuation is negatively impacting her ability to get reasonable offers.
I just updated some of the feature of my home to help with a more accurate rating on your behalf. Please correct this issue ASAP.
Thank you
