Owners can edit the basic house information after they claim their house. If you go to your main house page, you can claim your house with the yellow "Edit" pencil icon on your home page under the main house photo.

Then you will be able to edit the home facts like square footage bed/bath, year built, schools etc with a link in that same "edit' menu. You can also upload your own front house photo using a link in the edit menu. That is the best way I have found to correct a photo since they come from an outside company other than Zillow. The change is immediate. Hope it helps.
