Use the gray flag next to the errant transaction on your property page and provide Zillow with the information with any proof you have (a link to the source of public record database if it is correct there). There may be an errant data point somewhere in the chain coming from your public record to the 3rd party data conglomerator(s) and finally to Zillow. It may also be incorrect in the public records and you will need to get it corrected there. If we want Zillow to be a useful and accurate resource for consumers, like it or not it is the responsibility of the public to let them know about errors like this.
