Incorrect Zillow Estimate on my house based on e-mails sent to me.

I updated my Zillow information and was given a house value of 144,000.  Each month, Zillow sent me an e-mail telling me how the value was changing.  In June, the value was 148,000.  In July, the e-mail stated that my value had increased by 2.0%.  I opened the e-mail and my house was now valued at 115,900, which is certainly NOT an increase of 2%.  How did an increase of 2% turn into a 12% decrease in 27 days?  Absent an attack by vandals, how did my house lose 33,000 in value in less then a month?  I think we have a mistake here, and that mistake is a big problem because as I attempt to do a re-finance the banks are now relying on this number?  I'm looking for any answers Zillow can provide.
