I'm sorry to hear you have a scam listing for your mother's property. That would be distressing. I typed in the address you provided and discovered it is coming in from this source. Please contact the agent in the link and ask the agent to get it off her feed. It could be she has a typo in the address, it could be a true scam. Call her and E-mail her this evening, and include a copy to her broker.
