Your property appears twice in the data base. The one with public facts seems to have a more favorable Zestimate. (The other one has no square feet for the home).
So, open the one with the low Zestimate, click on "edit" ---> report problem. Describe it is a duplicate and ZIllow will put it in the queue for deletion.
