I have checked directly with the county database of warwick tax assessment. There is no legitimate transaction for this amount and nor there is any entry after 3/8/2006 sale. It is a wring entry in zilliow. Also, if this does not affect zestimate, then why did it drop from 329500 to 327000 since that wrong entry showed up ? Please verify and remove this entry. Thanks.

Since it was at $77K, it might have been a refi loan. It does not affect your Zestimate, real value, nor ability to sell your home. Ask an agent to pull your county records and see what the occurence was on that date. If it shows on public records, it shows on Zillow. Flag it again and explain the issue if its a concern to you. It will eventually be updated....
Incorrect transaction correction
I have flagged an incorrect transaction a couple of times for my home 16 west st, Warwick, RI 02886 and the correction has not been applied yet. There has been no sale of the house after we purchased on 3/8/2006 for $384,000. Immediate correction appreciated.
Thanks.
