Zillow did not state any amount of bedrooms in the property. During my BPO, I have visually inspected the inside of the property and have seen that there are four bedrooms in the property. I am not trying to claim the property, I am simply trying to ensure that zillow is updated and correct to the best possible potential.

If you are an agent performing a BPO you should not be claiming a property on Zillow.
You can use whatever source you want to prove up your BPO results, but posting them on Zillow again would not be a good call.
BPO = Brokers Price Opinion is a process to derive a reasonable price or value.
I use my local mls sold data almost exclusive for this purpose.
Good Luck!
