Innacurate price 7315 Belleview

price keeps dropping & is now $230. That's ridiculous. My sister in law is an agent & laughed when I told her. house down street w/ less; SF,bedrooms,bathrooms,yard,updates- just sold for $260. I know our house would sell fast @ $325 & we would expect/ask about $350. We recently refinanced & appraisal was $390 (which we all know is usually lower these days) I think they were wrong too for record but I liked it. Don't get me wrong -we are NOT SELLING -really don't care -other than the fact that it's insulting to see this. I will give u some time to correct it, but if u don't, I will discontinue my account. I realize this means nothing to u-but it should - if u lose your relevancy then no one cares anymore about Zillow & u become a joke. At this point u are a joke to me. I once used your site to help purchase this home &negotiate a fair price (u were always a little off by the way - but when I was a buyer it was to my advantage....) we bought this home 3 yrs ago for $300k (I think u had it shown at $270 then) it was in terrible condition - we put $60k worth of improvements into it - doing alot ourselves new exterior&interior paint, completely new plumbing throughout, updated electrical (used to be knob-&-tube wiring) gutted&replaced all new bathrooms, updated kitchen, refinished hardwoods Also our house is on a double lot another rarity in this neighborhood. We get offers all the time to sell it - turned down an offer a 1yr ago for 30k. Ushould consider the area - established homes sell fast. This is a VERY desirable location & you're crazy about this estimate. Thanks for listening
