Pity that you do have a buyer agent! The buyer agent would have guided you through the whole process.

In California attorneys do not typically review real estate contracts. However if you are going to purchase a TIC interest then you absoultely want to consult a good, local attorney to review the TIC Agreement. Same goes for buying a tenant occupied property. We have pretty stiff rent control here so you will want to know what you're getting into before you are 100% committed to the purchase.

You need to look for a local attorney that specializes in real estate. There may even be a local referral network for attorneys in the area. Just do a quick search
.
But to answer your question. Yes if you have any questions about your real estate transaction, speak to an attorney so you understand your rights and obligations.
