Maybe the user still has E-mail contacts enabled for the question and maybe the user still has the same E-mail address 2 years later; but the last activities by the user asking the question was uploading 9 photos on 5/20/08.
There are better ways to find people actively looking to buy a home. But if contacting people two years after they gave up with a website is your "normal practice", then by all means, use the sorts and filters to answer all the other 2 to 3 year old questions within your state.

Believe it or not, this actually works. Some are cleaning up credit and getting ready for home ownership. It takes them a couple years sometimes. And, if I'm the only one to answer their question, guess what, BINGO. Just for the record, I return calls in 30 seconds.
