Interested in finding out sales information on New Construction lots in Centennial Hills

I've been looking at resale homes in a specific development in 89149, Vista Verde, I believe these are Pardee homes originally.  Long story short, I noticed today that ground has been broken on the unfinished lots.  I can't seem to find any sales information on-line and I would love to find out more.  If I can purchase New Construction within a reasonable margin of a resale in the same gated community, that may be something I would opt for.  Any information, direction or advice would be appreciated.
