I dopn't know much, but yes there are issues. SEveral publications now have their own sites and feed into Zillow and other sites. I do not enter most of my listings on zillow simply because when the feed comes in it alters the listing as I had it. I used to like having more freedom, but now it ignores my inpu. Except for MLS & realtor.com the others are not as accurate.

I would like to know if all brokers have similar data feeds, and how many brokers link their data to Zillow? Does the data feed work well? I also understand zillow, trulia and yahoo are creating a standard, does anyone have more information on this subject? Finally, are there any conflicts will multiple sites supplying the same data feed?
