I am a RealtorŪ from Nothern California and a supporter of new types of ways to communicate with the consumer, like here at Zillow.com, allowing for more information about buying and selling properties. New to Zillow so still learning about the service. The general view from investors is Zillow provides estimates that are all over the place. Having a technology background I expect the models and the data will improve so it is a service worth supporting.

Hello Everyone!

Jamie Curtis from Menifee Ca. I've been in real estate over 13 years. I really do love working in Real Estate and look forward to working in the current market as I enjoy the challenge.

I think Zillow if fabulous! I've received two clients off my listings and closed a deal with an investor that contacted me from out of state.

The only thing I wish was a bit more "spot on" are the "zestimates" as my clients "really" hang on to those prices (which tend to be quite far off and take the highest closings vs. most recent) and you really have to work at "explaining & proving" to them that they don't take into account that it's not pulling to their specific area, etc.....hence more reason why they really need a Realtor.

Anyway, I think this is a great site and I look forward to meeting some new people, learning new things, networking & referrals.....

I have found some good leads here and also have introduced my firm to the power of Zillow. Some other agents are taking advantage of the EZ Ads and Century 21 Wolff likes the fact that one can advertise the listings for free. This site brings a lot of traffic to our business.
