Inventory is getting low!!!

Are the rising interest rates and the low inventory inspiring buyers to make quicker decisions?

Inventory is low because housing prices have been at the bottom since end of 2012.  Why put something on the market at bottom of the market pricing?

Besides, inventory is not "low", considering the "demand" for housing is only about 4 million per year in the U.S.  There is plenty of inventory to meet the demand as sold in the past 3 years.

Sure, there are "investors" that see "flip" opportunities that are buying to "not" live in, just like all those investors that buy oil commodities and rice commodities to hoard them and drive prices up... but they eventually have to sell since they have no use for what they are buying.  All it does is create price instability.

You posted this in the Home Buying section. Are you attempting to show buyers how much you care about their interests when you represent them, if so you have failed. What you have shown is that you look out for the interests of sellers in general 1st and foremost at all times.
