Hello,

Thank you very much for your question. It is possible to buy in the USA if you are foreigner. Usually you have to put a substantial down payment (anywhere from 35%- 50%) Foreigners used to be able to buy with 25% down, but since all of the changes in our economy in the USA the banks are tightening their requirements to loan money. For more up to date information it would be best to speak to a mortgage lender. If there is anything else I can do to help please let me know. Thank you very much!
