What type of advice are you looking for? Financing? Location?
There are many condos and even fine homes for around 90k in the area. Although if you are buying as an investor/second home your financing options are limited.

Try starting with short sales and foreclosures, also the other guys recomended townhomes and that isn't a bad place to look either.

I agree with Alma Kee, But I would recommend going for a townhome. Resale will be easier, renting will be easier, and if your financing it will be easier.

Are you working with a Realtor?  Are you paying ALL CASH?  If not paying all cash then you'll need a written preapproval letter for an investment property and/or 2nd home.  Condos have difficulty getting a mortgage so you should ask your lender if they will even lend on Florida condos.  Some that do may require 50% down.
