Investor Focused Realtor in Raleigh, Durham area

I am an investor that is looking to work with a knowledgeable, local, experience Realtor that understands and has access to foreclosed properties. I am interested in learning more about the local market conditions.

What is the foreclosure process in NC? What is the eviction process in NC? Any information that you can share would be appreciated.

The best way to buy a foreclosure is after the bank owns it.  pre foreclosures a lot of work and lot of potential gain.

Short sales - lot of frustration with good potential for gain

Remember the bigger the risk ... not always the bigger the gain.

Try www.auction.com

Good luck

My advice is to hire a real estate attorney for that purpose, not someone who gets a commission only if you buy or sell and is not qualified to give legal advice.  It says so on Page 2, Item 10 of the Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement they want you to sign.
