Is 2.5 APR ON A 30 YR FIX NO COST.. POSSIBLE .

I owe 220270
E/V    300000
currently on a 30 yr fix at 5,325 7 years now.
FICO 720  does anybody know any lenders that might offer a 30 yr fix for 2.5 RATE NO COST OR AT VERY LOW COST?

how about a 3.275 APR NO COST  NO POINTS on a Harp 2.0  I have big plans so i need a good monthly savings. I want to lock in no later then this Monday.  Lenders keep saying 3.5 not much of a different. really? then offer it to me..  Monday I want to lock  in  a rate and put up my legs and light up a cigar!

If someone quoted 2.5% APR you should run. It will be in the low - mid 3's depending on if you want a no closing cost loan.
