Yes, the property is in the foreclosure process.  Papers were filed a year ago on Jan 13, 2009.  No date has been set for it to go back to the bank yet.  (That's normal, the delay is always more than a year.)

There is no one to contact.  The house is not actually on the market for sale.  Just because the paperwork has begun doesn't mean the owners have to sell it.
