I just checked the MLS and while the owners are selling it for less than they bought it for, it is not a short sale.  They put a significant down payment down when they bought it, so they will easily be able to repay their mortgage.  The home has had an offer and is currently pending.  It was only on the market for 18 days when they received an offer.  Congratulations to the owner for recognizing the market and getting it sold quickly!
