With our area being a lagger on the cost curve compared to the larger metropolitan areas especially in the northeast, 3 years should work out for you. If you waited until 2017 or so the analysts are saying we will be back to previous peak levels in the state.

No one here can predict the next year, much less the next three. You should be as well of as any coastal area in the country. If you live in a million dollar plus home you could take a mild beating.
