You are not currently require to follow HVCC regulations on FHA loans... However, as the previous poster indicated, it may be in the near future.

According to internet rate service geeks at TBWS, FHA announced yesterday that it would not be using HVCC regs because they are detrimental.

My understanding is that FHA has already said No HVCC for them.
Is HVCC required on FHA? We are doing it, but I cant find and article anywhere that says we have to?
