Is Zillow aware its good intentions to generate Realtor reviews is failing?

I understand many Realtors have had customers attempt to write reviews that go unposted.  Is anyone at Zillow listening?

Agent reviews undergo a vetting process @ Zillow. Those reviews that pass the 'smell test' are posted. Others are rejected.

The process doesn't work overnight. It can take multiple days to check reviews.

"there are problems, and it seems that Zillow is not listening"

What problems are there that it seems Zillow is not listening too?

Zillow is trying to be sure the "Reviews" are actually written by Consumers
Shock Shock Shock but there are some Realtors who try to Post Fake Reviews then whine when they aren't posted so perhaps the validity of the complaint depends on where you heard it or who's making it...

Just like some Non-Agents are full of it so are some Agents would be a fair way to look at it and with "Reviews" for them to have any real value or meaning ya gotta waste time weeding out those Full of it Agents trying to post Fake "Reviews"...

Seems like a lot of Agents have managed to get reviews posted just fine

Many customers do not realize that they need to register to leave a review. However, there are problems, and it seems that Zillow is not listening as the problems persist. I have had clients go back and succeed where they failed to leave a review before.
