Yes. If you own a condo you have an equal ownership percentage in the land. Condos are subject to the HOA rules, bylaws and CC&R's, these state the rights that everyone has to the property. The opposite of Fee Simple would be Lease Hold. Mobile Homes in mobile home parks are lease hold...meaning you do not own the land you lease it.
