Here you go Lydia - it is towards the bottom, under What is considered SPAM.
When you answer, you can invite readers to click on your picture (and open your profile) if they are interested in contacting you. In my experience, you don't even have to do that. Readers here, if they like the way someone answers questions, tend to go check their profile without being prompted (a lot of smart people hang around on zillow).

Phyllis- I don't see that in the Good Neighbor Policy..... where do you see that?
A Real Estate Lawyer might be able to help.
Because of Zillow's good neighbor rules,

Hi Bunnybilli;
I am very familiar with Bellagio and would like to come to you for a free consultation to discuss. It is very important that you hire somebody who can bring you a qualified buyer at the highest price possible with a proven track record. We can discuss commission when we meet.

Hi Bunnybilli,
To get maximum exposure it's a simple fact that sellers must offer an amount to the buyer side that is considered in the vicinity of customary for the area.
The link below is to a blog on choosing an agent. It might help you get the biggest bang for your buck using your suggested approach, or certainly if you end up with a more traditional arrangement. Good luck.

I believe what you are asking is commission for a buyer's agent. My response to that is, buyers generally don't pay for commission. When a property closes escrow, a certain percentage of the sale price is given to the listing agent and the listing agent generally splits the commission with the buyer's agent.
Having said that, I would love to be your agent.
:)

Is any RE professional willing to work for a flat fee or hourly rate as opposed to commission?
