I've heard they exist (not particularly in VA or anything).  But, I haven't heard much more than that...  If your loan is eligible for HARP, your lender may do it for you no doc.

If you don't get a lot of answer on advice.  Then look at the professionals tab.  You can enter the city and state, then search for a lender in that area.
