Plus the one near river mark isy citation builder. Are they good builder?

Thanks for your answer. But another problem is one near river mark has very small garage door. A car would just fit throught the door and plus has only tandem garage. And is located near river mark not right in rivermark and all you can see are lots of houses like a jungle of houses. But the one near milpitas city council has a great view of hills and is decently close to silicon valley.

It depends on what you are looking for. Certainly the Rivermark area will appeal to most because it has a more central location to jobs in Silicon Valley. Also the Rivermark development is considered by most to be a better development. If the pricing is the same, I would choose Rivermark.
