Do REAs ever... you know... um, I don't know how to say this diplomatically... well, then, here goes: do they ever get "down" with their clients while showing a property.
The idea of getting busy on a granite slab counter top in an empty house I find strangely erotic. I guess most showings are with husband and wife and that might present some logistical difficulties.

thinking of hopping on the gravy train and taking advantage of the huge paychecks for reletively little work(most REAs justify them only by their high costs)? guess if you are gonna beat the war drum, its worth exploring
