Is "consistently crappy" preferable to "sporadically excellent"?I once knew some folks who preferred to eat their burgers at McDonalds, even though there were many local burger joints that blew the doors of McD's. Why? Consistency. Their reasoning was that, across the entire US, they could roll into a McD's and know what to expect. Maybe not the greatest, but (in their opinion) not the worst - and a consistently dependable flavor/quality.A REA asked on another thread "Why do consumers hate us?" (or, words to that effect). While there is little doubt that the average consumer views the commissions and wonders "What the heck...?", what is the possibility that the consumer is really reacting to the dread of not being able to reliably predict how their experience is going to turn out?Of course, the ideal would be that all RE professionals perform to a high level of professionalism and capability - but that's not the current state of affairs.November 12 2012 - US22YesReport a ProblemProblemSelect oneOffensive contentIrrelevant contentSpam (pure self-promotion)OtherDetailsYour emailPlease enter a valid email address.Submit CancelContent flaggedWe will review this content.
