Yes it is. The house needs a new roof as the photos indicate. It is on a huge lot and can be rebuilt or a mobile home might be added. I think the house is worth doing the repairs but you be the jusge of such. I reduced the price so that I can get rid of this inventory. I'm based in L.A and do not have the time nor manpower to repair it. Feel free to have a look and let me know of your interest. I know factually there is no home in Bay City in this proce range.
