I'm in Marin County, just north of San Francisco across the Golden Gate. I keep tabs on some areas in Texas ... quite a few people I know have moved out there. Glad to hear you are enjoying it in Texas. Maybe I will end up with a property there at some point! =)

1/2 and 1/2 I believe.... You can access the pool pipes and all under the deck. As a matter of fact under the lower deck is another hot tub that was never put to use... former owner thought it wasn't needed.... Thanks for the photo feedback.
Where in CA are you from? We bought this home 2 years ago when my husband retired from Stanford University .... We really have enjoyed the Hill Country of Texas.... there are quite a few Californians out here:-)
