I think it's perfectly acceptable to advertise a property that is available for sale even in that sale is an auction. Zillow also has a partner site called postlets.com which may be another good site for you to get the information about the property out there.
The bigger the audience a property is exposed to the better chance you have of selling it.

It seems as if residential auctions would be okay if the advertisement is associated with the property, and not posted in the Advice section. (I'm not from Zillow, but have seen auctions on home detail pages happen before).
Is it appropriate to put Auction Properties, residential or other on Zillow?Thanks! Sally
