Yes, you're right. The rent Zestimates have been updated this week. But the property value ones haven't been updated in about 2 weeks. It was the latter to which I was referring.
Not a big worry, and it's barely worth complaining about. Just curious. I've grown used to them updating 2-3 times per week.

I checked properties in 30117 zip and it shows that the Rent Zestimate has just been updated last Tuesday (May 15th).

Rental Zestimates should be back to normal now. I've spot-checked Seattle, Las Vegas and LA.

It's not just you. I checked Vegas, Seattle, and one other location and don't see them.
Is it me or are Zillow Rent Zestimates no longer working???
