Although there is not a view from the house, it is only a short walk to the bluffs overlooking Lunada Bay. As for parking, there are two reserved spaces in the garage.

The HOA is $300/mo and there are 8 units in the building. There is not a view, but it is a close walk to the bluffs overlooking Lunada Bay. There are two parking spaces in garage under the building, plus a storage shed.
