Is it possible to borrow additional mortgage money (qualified to borrow) to pay off a judgement?

The only loan that will permit a seller concession and not consider it an "Inducement" is a VA loan. A seller can pay up to 4% toward the payoff of ANY debt, to include charge offs, collections, auto loan, credit cards, and judgments. In addition to the 4%, the seller, lender, realtor can help pay up to 6% towards the Veteran's closing costs. Other than a VA loan, you're out of luck.

Potentially a hard money loan. No banks or lenders on a national scale have any programs that will allow someone to finance that.
