You can use craigslist, backpage etc for free. Trulia.com..if you are a landlord, consider a broker. Yes there is a commission, but properties valued at over 1500/mo, I think we can get better leads and rent it quicker.

My favorite site to post rentals is Hotpads.
But be careful what you wish for. Using a Realtor costs a commission but you get comprehensive screening and help if the tenant turns into a problem.
I work with Center City area rentals starting $1300.
I do listings on MLS and all major Internet sites. As the MLS Realtor for several major rental buildings, I generate the traffic you need.
Let me know.

Free sites may or may not get you what you want on a rental. In April - July, Craigslist is helpful. Other times, you may want to pay to post in Philly Weekly, other neighborhood papers (Rox Review, South Philly Review)....other free sites like backpage I have not had success.

Zillow charges $9.95 for 180 days of listing time for rentals.
