There are two possibilities:
1. The Zestimate automatically recalculates two to three times a week using data from new sales in the area.
2. If someone has claimed the home (and Zillow will not tell you who), they may have edited some of the home facts. You can check the facts by clicking on "more facts" to see if the "combined" facts are different from "public" facts. If this is your home and someone has claimed it incorrectly, you can report this to Zillow and claim it yourself once they've released it.

Is it possible to tell me who made a recent update to the value on a piece of property?
