After asking Stan, he clarified that it is a "nominal" 3 times per week, and has been that way since late 2006, except for "sporadic interruptions" associated with "upgrades". It was "once per week" for several months after the June 2011 Zestimate algorithm change, but has been at the nominal frequency for the past 2 or 3 months.
He did not have an explanation for the past two weeks, but a new Zestimate was posted to the home details pages yesterday afternoon.

Only two estimates run last week; Monday 3/12/12, and Friday 3/16/12. But some of the properties missed the 3/16/12 estimate. (Apparently not enough data, or out of tolerance range?)
A new estimate was provided today already (Monday, 3/19/12).

Thursday is almost over, and still no new Zestimates since Monday 3/12/12.
It appears they have gotten behind and skipped some estimate runs again, or that the recent site changes have caused a synchronization problem with posting the new estimates to the home details pages.

Anyone that didn't copy the Friday estimates of interest to them lost that opportunity.

New estimates posted Friday, 3/9/12. That makes 3 estimates for the week. No new estimate for Saturday.
I just noticed that the tolerance data for each county and state was updated on 2/29/12 (last week) using the 3 month sold & estimate data ending on 12/31/11. It will be interesting to compare the previous tolerance ranges with present.
New estimates posted again today (Wednesday). The 30 day change that was missing in yesterday's estimate postings is back.
That is 2 estimate calculation cycles for this week already, and it is only the middle of the week.
Hopefully they won't miss the 3rd estimate for this week.

Nothing ..I thought Zillow had made that clear
What does "Dunes" being "Jane Doe" have to do with the frequency of Zestimates and the means of accessing the data?

Is it "Off Topic or a "Personal Insult" to point out that Jo Smith is now Jane Doe?

Well
Zillow certainly does seem to agree that posting Jo Smith and Pasadenan are the same person is "Off-Topic" or a "Personal Insult"
So ya must be right..I'm just a slow learner

New Zestimates showed up today (Tuesday). (That makes 6 days between).
Definitely no "pattern" on which day of the week.
Two last week. Will we get 3 this week (before Sunday morning)?
By the way, I never have flagged any of Tug's posts from any of his at least 4 profiles on Zillow that I've seen. But it does appear that his recent posts on this thread are "off topic" and don't related to the frequency of Zestimate calculations, nor the means of getting access to each Zestimate for a property before the Zestimate is replaced by a new calculation.
And I'm still hoping that someone will provide a suggestion on how to copy each Zestimate calculation for a property without setting up a "robot" to do it.

Still only two Zestimates this past week. The last one was on Wednesday, 2/29/12. The nominally "regular" third one seems to have "vanished" again.

" Maybe they have decided to do Monday, Wednesday, and Friday on a regular basis now?"
Well until the next screw up, when it will be another 10 days or so to fix same as last weeks episode.

New estimates posted again today (Wednesday).
Maybe they have decided to do Monday, Wednesday, and Friday on a regular basis now?
I guess we will still have to keep checking. In the meantime, I'll copy the numbers I need for the several different properties.

New estimates posted again today (Monday). Last ones were Friday, so apparently the frequency rate is up again. It will be interesting to see if new estimates are posted Wednesday or Thursday this week, and also if there will be a new estimate on Friday.
interesting...............................

Is it true that Zestimates are still calculated 3 times a week?
If 3 times a week, what is the best way of getting all the trend data points for a year, rather than just monthly estimate values?
