Is it weird that I wouldn't be able to view an apartment for rent before signing the agreement?I contacted someone who posted an apartment for rent. He says he is now in California and I wouldn't be able to see the apartment unless I enter the lease. How can I tell that this is a real apartment that is being offered? I imagine I'll have to pay the deposit fee before I even actually see the apartment. I love the pictures he's provided and the location is great but it sounds to good to be true.
