Depends upon many factors...

the lake, the lakefront property, the privacy of the lot,  the supply and demand,  how good or bad each property looks and ihow visable the older property is to the one you want to buy.

Lakefront is always a premium price and many great lakes have old homes on it....eventually the old homes are replaced with new bigger homes.
