You can have your lender call the FHA resource center and get the exact information you  are looking for. Speak with a knowledgable lender as soon as possible. As previously mentioned Hard Money might be an option, or another portfolio lender that has less restrictions about what they would lend on. Eitherway if you have a certificate from a licensed professional, you should be able to find a local banker to help you.

Not sure since it wasn't condemned. Hard money may be the only option. Are you thinking of living there, renting it, or flipping?

Denver Dept of Environmental Health NOTICE Evidence of Illegal Drug Lab found at residence.  Not condemed but required to have inspecton.  Inspection Certificate issued and clean up accomplished.  Certificate of Occupancy issued.  House on market.  Realtor states Colorado Law does not allow FHA insured loans on "Meth" properties.
