Contributions:67As Lake Tapps water levels start to go down in the fall, seems like a Sellers window of opportunity goes down with it. This usually makes for a spurt of last minute Price Reductions.
Late Fall is a great time to make offers on Lake Tapps Waterfront homes. Sellers are more likely to discount the home, knowing that they may have to wait until the next Spring to find another buyer.
I say, Its A Great Time to purchase a home on Lake Tapps.
