I have a house in connecticut and it has been on the market since November . We have had over 50 showings, dropped the priced 3x, numerous open houses and have only had one offer that was basically how much we owe on the house. My husband got a job in NC so we moved there now we are renting right now but we still have the mortgage up in CT...We are seriously considering renting the house out or rent to own or lease with option to buy...does anyone have any experience on these or think this would be our best bet?
What do you suggest should we keep waiting to see if we get another offer or should we just rent it out?
