Is the Zillow estimate an accurate listing price? I recently received a pencil and it came back at $160k. Is this in line with the Z-estimate?

Zillow does not take into account a homes physical condition, updates if any and quality of finishes. So to answer your question, Zillow is not an accurate tool to determine a listing price.

oh hell no...  My house is estimated at 68K..   2 houses next to me sold for 30K..  I'd be happy to get 30K now..  My house is worth 24K..  I wish people would be honest about prices
